Overnight Accommodations and Hotels

We're delighted to have family and friends from near and far coming to our wedding. To help you find accommodations, we have reserved a block of hotel rooms for both Friday 6/14/2024 and Saturday 6/15/2024 at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento.

If you wish to book a room at a special group rate that we've negotiated on your behalf, click ‘Reserve Room’ or call 916-443-1234 before Wednesday, May 22, 2024 to ensure you have a place to stay as space is limited. If needed, the group reference code is G-PKWE.

If you have any issues with reservations, such as being unable to find the room you need, please contact us directly. ADA accessible rooms are available to reserve in the block.

Transportation to and from the venue will be provided at this hotel on the wedding day. You can take advantage of this transportation service regardless of where you are staying. For more information on transportation, please visit The Wedding Day tab.

Requests for early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.

A credit card is needed to hold your room, but you will not be charged until your visit. You will have up until 24 hours before your reservation to cancel your room at no charge if plans change.
