After receiving your formal invitation, you can RSVP through the RSVP button on this site. April 30, 2024 is officially the last day to respond whether or not you can attend. If you know you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you fill out the RSVP accordingly so that we can plan appropriately.

Our wedding is RSVP only, so we will only be able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. All allotted guests and plus ones will be included on the formal invitation and RSVP site. We do have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity. Thank you for understanding!

On the wedding day, the dress code is summer formal attire to black tie optional. This means that tuxedos and gowns are welcome, and so are formal dresses and suits. No jeans, please! Please feel free to remove any jackets at any time you are too warm.

In an attempt to create a cohesive visual effect, we invite you to wear colors from our wedding palette, such as shades of purples, oranges, pinks, and greens. We kindly ask that you avoid colors that are traditionally reserved for the bride: white, ivory, and creams.

The dress code for the other weekend events on Friday and Sunday range from dressy casual to casual.

While we love your little ones, our reception is going to be an adult-only event, with the exception of immediate family. We do have a strict guest list to stay within venue capacity, so we greatly appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy the evening and celebrate with us!

The venue has an abundance of free parking on-site. There is parking along Grand Island Road in front of the mansion as well as parking lots behind the mansion, off the main road. For information about the provided transportation to/from the hotel and venue, please visit The Wedding Day page.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento at a negotiated rate on our guests’ behalf. Please reference the Travel & Stay page for the booking link and more details!

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you, so get ready to party!

Yes, there will be transportation to and from the wedding venue on Saturday. Pick-up will be at the Hyatt Regency Sacramento hotel. Transportation from the wedding venue back to this hotel will also be provided. Please reference The Wedding Day page for more details!

Yes! The venue has onsite guest parking, wheelchair ramps, and ADA elevators.

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. Prepare for weather of about 90°F during the day and 70°F after sunset.

If you cannot attend the celebration, you will be missed throughout the weekend. We kindly ask that you still complete the online RSVP, indicating that you will not be able to attend. We hope to celebrate with you in the future!

If we do not receive an RSVP by the date in which we have provided, it will be automatically marked as “Not Attending”. We do have to provide total guest count to the venue and vendors in the timely manner they have allowed us and, therefore, we kindly ask you to adhere to the RSVP deadline set. If you are unable to attend, we will miss you greatly at the celebration. Thank you for understanding!

We have chosen to keep our own last names. Sophia will remain Sophia Krafcik. Esteban will remain Esteban Perez Del Rio. Together, we are the Perez Krafcik family!
